Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily infiltrate solder into a space between a base material and a rope-shaped member when the solder is used for a bonding material in order to bond the rope-like member to the base material with sufficient bonding strength, in a manufacturing method of a screw in which a plurality of the rope-like members are spirally wound around the periphery of the base material so as to be mutually combined, the rope-like member is bonded to the base material by the bonding material, or is selectively bonded, and prescribed rope-like members among the plurality of the rope-like members are removed to form the screw on the periphery of the base material. SOLUTION: A passage is provided so that the solder and a liquid adhesive material melted between the base material and the rope-like member easily infiltrate into it. The passage is formed by a mesh-shaped body uniformly covering a notched groove axially provided on the surface of the base material and the surface of the base material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
【課題】 基材の外周に複数本の索状部材をお互いに密着するように螺旋状に巻き付け、前記索状部材と前記基材とを接合材で接合し、あるいは選択的に接合し、その後前記複数本の索状部材の内、所定の索状部材を取り除くことにより前記基材の外周にねじを形成することを特徴とするねじの製造方法において、基材と索状部材を十分な接合強度で接合するために、接合材に半田を用いる場合、基材と索状部材間に半田を如何に流し込むかが本特許の課題である。 【解決手段】 基材と索状部材の間に溶融した半田や液体状の接着材が浸透しやすくなるように、流路を設けておくことが本発明の解決手段である。流路は基材の表面にほぼ軸方向に設けられた切り欠き溝や基材の表面を一様に被うメッシュ状体で構成する。 【選択図】図3
